- Products must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
- Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

- Sale or clearance items.
- Custom or personalized products.
2. How to Return an Item
Return Process:

- Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to return the item.
- Package the Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
- Ship the Return: Send the item to the address provided with your return authorization. You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
3. Refund Process
Processing Time:
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Refunds for Defective or Incorrect Items:
- If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs and issue a full refund or exchange, as preferred.
